What is Common Market's return/exchange policy?

Common Market's return/exchange policy varies based on purchase location — online and in-store.

Online Purchases (this includes buy online, pick up in-store): Return requests must be submitted through our Return Portal within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment or store credit.

Products must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that sale items, third-party products (not including footwear), and items purchased with promo codes (except for the initial 10% "welcome" code) are ineligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

In-store Purchases: In-store purchases are only eligible for an exchange or store credit in the form of a Gift Card. A full refund is not offered for product(s) purchased in-store. Please present the receipt and ensure products are in original condition with tags attached, within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Sale products, products purchased with promo codes, third-party products (not including footwear), and e-gift cards are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

All sale products, Sample Sale purchases, jewelry, accessories, products purchased with promo codes (with a discount exceeding 20% off ), and e-gift cards are ineligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for all returns, and may be deducted from your refund.

How do I submit a return/exchange request?

Returns or exchange requests for online and in-store purchases must be submitted through our Return Portal within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. 

Can I return my online order in-store?

Online orders may be returned in person at our ROW DTLA store (or through the mail) within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt and in original condition. After 14 days, the items are no longer eligible for refund, in-store exchange, or store credit.

Does Common Market offer any price adjustments or price matching?

Common Market does not issue any price adjustments or price matches.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Please visit our Return Portal to submit a request including photo(s) of the damaged/defective area. Please note that all goods are to be inspected for any defects as soon as the package is received.

How soon will I receive my store credit/refund?

Once the return has been received at our facility, please allow at least five (5) business days for your credit to be issued. Our team will notify you once the refund or store credit has been issued via email
